We Knew Shai for more than 20 years when we bought our first home in Montgomery County, Maryland with her. Now when selling that home, she was our realtor too. She was professional, patient, friendly and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were in this very tough market. She knew the neighborhood well. She was proactive, always available, and clear to the point. She answered all our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. She helped us navigate a complex situation which came up during closing time. We would recommend Shai to anyone selling or buying a house. ?

It was a great experience working with Shai again, she helped us buy our first home 20 years ago and has always been in touch with us over the course of 20 years. Shai is an amazing agent and a wonderful person!

We have worked with Ms. Shai Gupta for many many years. She is very knowledgeable about the market in this area and provides excellent guidance and advise. She is a highly attentive agent and promptly returns all phone calls and emails. We highly recommend Ms. Shai Gupta to any one buying or selling a home!

Shai has been a true partner for us in our lives over the last 12 years, from helping us purchase our first home, identifying suitable tenants for our rental property, to selling our home this March. I'm looking forward to working with her as we seek out our next home purchase this year.
