We at Holloway Family Homes had the pleasure of working with Selena Aleman, Global Real Estate Advisor with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty. We built a spec house in Belle Oaks subdivision in Bulverde, TX, and need to list it. Selena got right to work preparing marketing info and scheduling open houses! She is extremely good at keeping an open line of communication during the listing process about what potential buyers are communicating after showing the house. That being said, the most impressive part of working with Selena came once the house was under contract. Our office at Holloway Family Homes is 3.5 hours away from Bulverde, so once the house was under contract and inspections and walkthroughs started happening, Selena was unlike any realtor I’ve ever worked with before. Her willingness to help get inspection and punch list items not only scheduled but to follow up and make sure they were done promptly was unlike anything we have ever experienced before!
