Scott went way, way beyond in selling my duplex. I was very stressed in selling it. I just wanted to get rid of it and move on. Scott reassured me that he would be able to sell it and should get a fair price for it. I was hoping to get a max of 300,000 in a perfect world. I accepted an offer on the 3rd day of it being listed at 390,000!!!!!!!!!!! Scott had set up an appointment at his office at 5pm on a summer Sunday evening to go over 3 offers, which I picked one of them and did the signing so Scott could proceed. Scott is such a professional and very pleasant person who you can tell he has so much compassion for his customers. Such a hard worker that he was working on this on a Sunday night. Simply an amazing person.
