My mother was selling her home that she lived in for over 30 years. Scott was very knowledgeable of the market and explained every thing to my mom so she could understand the process of selling a home in today's market. My mother is not easy to deal with. He was patient and respectful at all times even when my mother was rude to him. Scott Mazmanian is a top notch realtor. While I was living in Panama City, FL, and had to move within three weeks time, he found me a wonderful condo in Vero Beach Florida.
