We have received mailers and notes from Scott over the years. Our home dates back to the 1800s and we realized older and unique homes are Scott’s specialty. When we first met Scott we knew right away we wanted to work with him to help us market our house. Scott did research on the history of our house, he found information we didn’t know of, this information paints the story of our house and makes it an interesting marketing tool. Every new step Scott took, his research, staging, analytics and marketing, showings, offers, decisions, and closing, were so well thought out and helpful. Scott is so professional and very nice to work with, we trusted his ideas and we appreciated his expertise. Scott realizes that parting ways with a house you love and raised a family in can be bittersweet, and he was so kind helping us along.
