My wife and I have followed Scott for years because he sent out as news letter detailing the sales and purchases of homes in our neighborhood. Scott helped our daughter and her husband buy a home, then sell that home and purchase another home. We engaged Scott to sell our home in January, 2025. Scott gave us great advice as to the staging and presentation of our home for sale, and stayed in touch to monitor our progress in “decluttering” our home. Scott didn’t push us to put our home on the market. Concurrent with selling our home, we needed to purchase a new smaller home, preferably close to our daughter. We toured several homes with no success. Scott commenced a program of writing to prospective sellers of appropriate-sized homes in the area we desired. And we struck gold, finding a perfect home one block from our daughter: One day we were babysitting for our daughter and there was a knock on the door of her home. An elderly couple stood at the entrance and inquired if we were the people looking to buy a home in this neighborhood, we responded with a resounding yes! The couple told us that they first thought this was a hoax as the news drifted through the neighborhood, but they soon learned it was not and became interested in the prospect of reaching out since they were moving into assisted living. We exchanged phone numbers and made arrangements for our respective realtors to speak with each other. The outcome of Scott’s hard work for a search of a house close to our daughter was a home four houses away from our daughter and her family. We are grateful to Scott for going over and beyond in finding us such a charming home so close to our family. Now we had to sell our home. Scott gave us great advice as to the price we asked for our home, reading the market perfectly. We received an “over-asking” price on the first day the home was offered and our home sold in forty-eight hours. Thank you Scott. You were honest and professional, and we had a very positive experience.
