We keep coming back To Scott Lane.. The village expert on Mid Century Modern Homes.. Scott Lane is writing a book about the local area modern homes. “Where the Cool Houses Are” Keep an eye out for it this summer 2026…

Whenever we hit a bump, Scott pushed us thru along with saving money each time with his connections. We look forward to having him list our home soon without hesitation. He 'got us' early and also showed us other options when they came up including the one we chose to purchase. He kept us fully informed along the way. We recommend him 100%+.

Scott was great to work with while searching for our new home. We had specific list of target items we were hoping to find. Our search spanned several months but Scott remained patient and open to all of the feedback we provided with each home we looked at, while remaining positive and encouraging. He walked us through the paperwork to make sure we were comfortable with each and every facet. Scott is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional and would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone looking sell or purchase a new home.

Scott and the Reece Nichols team did a fantastic job representing us as we purchased a new home!

Scott was the most qualified person to sell my house. He was always reassuring and extremely helpful through the process. He is the ONLY realtor I would consider for this sale.

Scott has been a life saver for us with the sale of the Bruce Goff house we inherited. We tried other routes and agents and just accumulated days on market. Scott (and Carrie) staged and showed the house perfectly, They had the unique insight it took to sell a non-standard offering and they were sooo fast :). Highly recommended, really can't say enough about the service.

Scott was wonderful to work with. He has passion, created the right strategy for selling our home, and got us multiple offers. He has extensive knowledge on mid century homes and a true passion for these homes. He exceeded our expectations and made selling our home easy and stress free. We couldn’t have picked a better person to represent us and sell our home.

Scott Lane is the best! (Carrie is too!) He sold our last house and helped us buy our house in PV. I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell for us again. Got an offer on the 1st day. Everything went very smoothly. He absolutely knows all the right things to do!

Overall good experience
