Scott Farnan was very helpful as to what updates was needed before he placed the house on the market to be sold; and we followed his advice re the updates. Once the updates were done he placed the house on the market and scheduled open house and the house sold approximately 1 week. We were very pleased with the outcome and surprised the home sold so quick.

Phil Reggio and the Scott Farnan team were absolutely awesome from the initial interview and presentation, the ALL the in-between "stuff" to the actual signing at closing. They worked with us to the nth degree. Leading up to the open house he gave us some pointers as to make the house "sell" ready; removing clutter, some furniture, etc. Phil also gave us a hard date so we knew when the house needed to be ready. Phil sold our house after the 1st open house. Unfortunately the buyers backed out almost 10 days later. This was on a Wednesday, and by that Friday he had our house back out on the market. Again, after the 1st open house that Saturday, Phil sold our house again. After the sale of our house, Phil kept us up-to-date each step of the way, inspection, the minor items that were most important in fixing (3 things), and even personally rode to the buyer's attorney's office to pick up and drop off paperwork.
