I asked a trusted friend with long established professional contacts in the real estate world if they knew of a good real estate agent for me to contact with the most important financial decision we were facing as a group of six heirs. Without hesitation, they recommended Scarlet Green & stated with confidence that she was one of the best in the business. Now I know why. I reached out to Scarlet & was immediately impressed with her positive energy, professional knowledge, & motivation. She quickly earned my respect & trust. Scarlet listed the property & offers came quickly. We had four offers for almost 200% of its appraised value! Throughout the process Scarlet Green has remained steadfast in her commitment to help us succeed. She communicated with the other five heirs & me regularly to ensure we stayed fully informed & communicated directly with the Buyer, their attorney, & our attorney, when needed. She was consistently responsive 24/7. Any time a potential problem emerged, Scarlet had a solution. Anytime I became concerned, she was encouraging & up lifting. As my family realizes an important, meaningful, & positive beneficial outcome at the end of our journey, we can relax with a sense of relief & satisfaction which would not have been possible without the incredible professional support & assistance provided by Scarlet. She is truly knowledgeable, skilled, & talented. And for all this, we shall remain forever appreciative. The next time we need, or know anyone else who needs, the services of a real estate agent with proven knowledge, performance, & reliability, Scarlet Green should expect a call.

Scarlet did an outstanding job of coordinating the sale of our house, with 3 owners in different cities, during a busy one month period. She was professional, efficient, and patient, keeping us informed at each step of the way. It was a pleasure working with her.

Scarlet, it was a joy to work with you listing & selling the Charlotte property. Your expertise & professionalism made it very easy on our end. Thank you very much.

As the Buyers Agent for one of Scarlet's Listings, I have to say she was a true pleasure to work with. Super responsive to all texts, emails, and phone calls that were necessary from our offer to closing. Scarlet has great character and is extremely knowledgeable and personable at the same time! I hope we work together again in the future. Both the buyer and seller walked away happy, and that's what truly matters. She is a true gem in our industry.

Scarlet is someone you NEED as your realtor. She is a person of integrity & goes beyond every expectation. I highly recommend Scarlet! You will be happy you made this choice!!

Scarlet is the absolute BEST! She was always available for questions and to help me in my buying process. Always had a smile on her face and went out of her way to be of assistance. Scarlet was referred to my by my parents who used her when they sold and bought a new home 3-4 years ago and I am so glad she was available for me. She is like a new family friend who is always welcome. You would be truly missing out if you do not have Scarlet Green on your side for selling or buying a home. HANDS DOWN the BEST there is!

Scarlet was with us every step of the way and always answered any questions we had. She was always kind and courteous and knew how to handle her business. To say a job well done would be an understatement. #teamscarletgreen#superiorservice

Scarlet is a consummate professional with loads of experience. She is proactive, knowledgeable, driven, yet warm and positive at the same time. In constant communication, she always met and exceeded my expectations. Having moved from out-of-state, she took her time explaining all the differences in a real estate transaction here in NC, which added to my faith in her. My experience with Scarlet was fantastic and I look forward to working with her again. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends in the future.

Scarlet, you made every transaction, from the beginning to the end, painless.  Thank you for not giving up on us.

"Buying & selling homes can be very nerve racking, confusing, and stressful times. Scarlet made selling my home a positive experience. From the beginning until a week after Closing Scarlet was by my side and there to help in whatever way she could. She was there for advice as well as comfort. Whatever questions or concerns I had she quickly addressed them and always contacted me back within a half hour tops.  Scarlet made what could've been a stressful time bearable & pleasant."   Tara of W-S, NC
