There was so much that needed renovating/upgrading in it. Sasha directed the renovation of the condo, finding a contractor, at a very good price, and purchasing the materials/appliances herself. The whole process of signing on with Sasha, remodeling and selling the condo took less than 2 1/2 months. I felt such a sense of relief that Sasha was managing the project!
