Sarah was a definite 5 star realtor. Sarah met with Daughter Judy and husband Tom first as representatives of the family. Then she and us went to where my mother was living and went over the paperwork. Sarah had her homework done even having a copy of the survey map. Sarah let us know about every showing and kept us informed. Sarah gave us 3 choices for asking prices then proceeded to have all the approximate costs taken out so we knew exactly where we were at for prices. Sarah is a young energetic sales lady and took the time to explain everything in detail to my 86 year old mother. We were amazed that it sold in 9 days with her help.
