Patrick is amazing. Just hire him. We purchased a luxury home with him, and then sold our older home with him too. On the buying side, Patrick was super-responsive, gave detailed honest opinions on various properties, did virtual tours for us in COVID-days with video calls and scanned through a hot market to find us good properties. Once we found what we wanted, he helped us write a good offer and get the house. He was careful with money and guided us well, and negotiated well with the sellers for us. We definitely got more and paid less than if we directly did the deal. Even after the closing, he stayed close and ensured we got set up well in the newly constructed house.
