Sarah McGuire was my real estate agent for the sale of my house. She was hands-on in every way possible during this period, from listing to closing. She went the extra mile whether it was in staging the house, offering support and encouragement when problems arose, and always being available to answer questions and concerns. She had excellent feedback from the potential buyers. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was always willing to problem solve if a situation presented itself. It was a stressful time for me during this period, and her smiling face and calm demeaner were essential to me.  I highly recommend Sarah's professionalism and excellent work ethic.

We were lucky to have Sarah McGuire as our agent. Sarah went up and beyond for us.We mailed her a key and she did the rest.  She took care of the cleaning, mulching, and rearranged things for us.   We live in Ohio and with the virus, we didn’t want to go to Florida and sign the house for sale. We bought the house in Florida thru Sara and liked the way she was, a real professional.   Gave her the keys only had to come to Florida to get our personal things.                Thanks, Wayne & Connie Robinson

Thank you so much for sponsoring the Sarasota Coalition on Substance Abuse for the MSC Foundation Grant. The funding is very much appreciated and will assist them in their mission in our community.

I'm so thankful for you and all you have done for me and my family over the years. You have always gone above and beyond to help us - although this round takes the cake! You are such a caring and considerate person - and of course, the best agent on the planet. Although I say you're the best agent I know to anyone who asks, I also consider you a friend.

Sarah, David and I thank you for leading us to our dream home in Florida. We really appreciate the time you spent taking us to and from so many places. We know we had a lot on our list but you never rushed us or steered us away from looking at all the options. Thanks again.

I never worked with anyone who was more knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with than Sarah McGuire. She was extremely responsive in forwarding information and answering all our questions regarding the area, the homes we viewed and the Real Estate process in general. Because our experience with Sarah was so positive I have provided her name to several friends who are interested in purchasing homes in the Sarasota area.
