I have no special loyalty to Century 21, However Sarah Langenoff the agent was beyond capable and professional. She was non judgemental, friendly in a professional manner, and knowledgeable. Everyone of our requests was listened to and responded to in a prompt efficient manner, sometimes with positive news and sometimes with negative news but alway with an explanation presented professionally. So my desire to refer is geared towards the agent rather than the agency or corporate office.
