I do not feel good about listing the home until you are absolutely positive you are ready to sell it.” She was absolutely right, I was not ready, and ended up keeping me home another two years until I was at peace with the decision. The point being, there are not many real estate agents or sales people of any kind, who would walk away from a sure deal for the reasons that Sarah did.
