Sarah was GREAT! We had to sell and close on a house, while using the proceeds to buy another house and time it just right to give us some time to move. Sarah organized it perfectly so we could rent back the house we sold for a few days, so we could move. We also received above asking price for the home and had multiple offers to chose from.
