Sara and Stephanie are an amazing team! They gave great advice on pre-listing renovations. The contractors they recommended did a great job and were more affordable than our own contractors. We priced the house on the higher side of their recommendation and were afraid we would have to drop in order to sell. However, our realtors worked so hard to market the house while on the pre-mls that on our first active day on market we had over 15 showings! Within 24 hours we had 3 offers and were getting over our asking price! We have bought and sold many homes and this was by far our easiest and smoothest transaction.
