We worked with Sara as our realtor, and she was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She set up every showing quickly and efficiently, always keeping our schedule in mind. Her advice on homes was spot on, thoughtful, and backed by real expertise. She made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process even when things felt overwhelming.

Sara also walked us through the legal aspects of the purchase with clarity, made sure we fully understood everything before signing, and gave us great guidance through closing. On top of all that, she’s a strong negotiator and genuinely had our best interests in mind the whole way through. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and feel lucky to have had her on our side!

The Realtor Who Changed My Whole Perception of the Industry:Going into the homebuying process, I was honestly skeptical about using a realtor. I assumed we’d feel pressured into buying, and that realtors were less necessary in today’s world of online listings. But working with Sara completely changed my mind. From day one, Sara set herself apart. She brought a deep knowledge of the area, home values, and—most impressively—the negotiation process. She walked us through the structure and condition of each home we saw, pointing out things we never would have noticed ourselves. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed—she genuinely wanted us to find the right home, not just any home.As younger buyers, we appreciated how she never talked down to us or assumed we didn’t know what we were doing. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. We always felt informed and empowered.Sara’s work ethic is unmatched. She was always responsive, always professional, and often working late into the night to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her clients.Despite having an extremely tight timeline, Sara helped us find our perfect home—in the best neighborhood, at a price that felt like a miracle. I’ve been telling everyone I know about how amazing she is, and I will continue to refer her to anyone looking for a home. She made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and manageable. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Sara is very knowledgeable and provided us with good, accurate information. She is very professional and I had great confidence in her information and suggestions. I hope I do not have to buy another home in the future but if I did, I would definitely call Sara.

Sara was fantastic as she helped us through the process of finding the right home, submitting our purchase offer and finalizing the purchase. We experienced some issues throughout the process and she helped us solve those issues and gave us recommendations for companies/individuals that could assist us. Sara gave us thorough explanations for the questions we had regarding many of the documents related to the home purchase. We would recommend Sara Glaze to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.

Sara did an outstanding job for us with our relocation from CA to Morrison. The effort involved sharing listings, adjusting the search criteria and area according to our tastes and preferences, showing us potential homes remotely via Facetime and always giving the right input and advice that was in our best interest. When we spotted the house we wanted, Sara negotiated a great purchase price and got the contract accepted. Her follow through and communication during the entire process was exemplary. So was her attentiveness after closing. Because we were selling our CA home and buying the Morrison home in a matter of days, everything needed to be done meticulously and on time. This was indeed the case. Sara has taken care of receiving deliveries, getting the house cleaned before our move in. We cannot say enough good things about Sara Glaze's professionalism and friendliness.

I would recommend Sara Glaze to anyone looking to make a serious investment in their home. She found us our perfect home. She is thorough and worked very hard for us. Sara instilled confidence and guided us superbly. She took the time to understand our needs and desires and guided us every step of the way. She worked hard, went the extra mile and supported us till we moved in. Sara is the best of the best.
