Sara did a terrific job helping me navigate a slowing housing market, identifying the appropriate selling price and helping to stick with it when things were slow. She also was great at helping target the right areas to make sure things were updated/fixed to improve the odds of a sale, as well as helping point me to a few people to help with some of those jobs. Overall she did a great job explaining what needed to happen, being available when I needed to check in on things and making sure my house got sold.
