When we bought our house, with Sandra as our agent, a year ago we were impressed with her knowledge of the local properties. Moving here from California we were, basically, in her hands. She showed us what we ASKED her to, not what she wanted to sell. The property we bought is perfect for us, so happy. It had an issue with the back yard, which was not conveyed to us. Sandra and her office took the problem in hand and fixed it, which they, possibly, did not need to do, but they did. This is what a GOOD agent will do.
