This was our first house and it was not an easy one. We had to try twice before closing so Sandra was working with us for 18 months. Sandra knew exactly what to do and had all the right hookups for all the dozens of service professionals that we needed to complete the process. The cool thing about working with Sandra is she was very successful in another field before starting her real estate career which translated into two main features of our experience with her: she knows how to work hard and win, and secondly she was able to give us objective advice about the market and not just tell us whatever we needed to hear to get a commission.
