Sandi Bowlus is the most professional, knowledgeable and invested real estate agent I have ever worked with. She has helped us buy a home and then later sell that same home. The purchase of the home went very smoothly with Sandii's help. Selling the house proved to be a much more difficult process with changes in the market, buyers with difficult financing needs and closing delays for 6 weeks. Through all of this turbulence, Sandi stayed calm and gave us excellent advice and emotional support which is above and beyond the norm. Sandi was a local agent we got in contact with via our relocation company as we moved into the Knoxville are from Virginia. We made contact with her quite early via email and she set up a profile for us of houses and also advised us about market conditions in the area. She was super helpful and answered all our questions very quickly via text and email. Also since we were not yet in the area when house hunting she lined up a lot of properties for us to see on the days we could come down. She had knowledgeable and thorough inspectors she could contact to ensure that we were fully informed about the state of the home we were buying.
