Sam was incredibly kind, and super flexible. She was there to answer all our requests, got us all the info we requested and made sure all our conditions could be met in time. Sam was super up front and honest, offered great information, and had great communication with us through the process. Would highly recommend - she made this sale of buying our home so much easier, and a stress free process!

Sam is always such a go-getter and hard worker. Within one-two weeks of our rental listing going live, we were able to find a really great tenant. I value the time and effort her team put in to make this happen for me.

Sam and Ryleigh were an amazing team to work with. They are prompt with their responses and made the buying and selling process smooth. When we ran into some challenges but they were quick to find solutions and provide explanation. We’re so thankful to have worked with such a caring team. I would highly recommend Samantha Turner to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Peterborough/Kawartha Lakes area. Her real estate market confidence and command of social media is unmatched in real estate. Sam is able to navigate any buyer/seller situation to communicate clear expectations and advice when considering buying or selling real estate. Her rolodex of industry contacts made the nuances of real estate transactions (inspections, renovations, legal, mortgage financing) painless. Samantha Turner is 1 of 1 when it comes to real estate agents in this area.

Sam very recently represented us in the purchase of a home in Lakefield and we were so grateful to have her years of experience and knowledge in the real estate industry working for us. We had worked with Sam before as she & her partner Ryleigh listed our Buckhorn Lake cottage earlier this year so we knew she was the professional who could get this done for us. Sam is very confident, intelligent and diplomatic. We would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Sam!

After using 3 different real estate agents for my first 3 house deals, I found Sam when viewing a property she had listed for a client. Sam is able to draw experience from her local business ownership and real estate investment experience to lend knowledge and confidence to her clients through potentially difficult deals. I would recommend Sam and Rye for any type of buyer/seller.

Not enough ways to say thank you for all that Sam has done for us on our house journey. She was informative, on the ball, strategic, and incredibly honest in all that she did. Always have the best interest of our family at heart. If you’re looking for someone who thinks outside the box, offers real advice/solutions, and has built a business of off integrity, she’s your girl.

Sam worked hard to find out all she could about the home I was offering on. What would make my offer stand out and be accepted? Getting my house ready to sell was a big job. She came in and rolled up her sleeves and made it beautiful! She is easy to approach, friendly and super efficient in her practice. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat - but I won't need her help anytime soon - she helped me find the perfect place to call home for the next 50 years.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Sam and Ryleigh From the initial consultation, to valuation, listing and marketing our property, they were very professional. The ongoing group chat was also an excellent way to coordinate showings and answer any questions that arose from potential purchasers in a timely manner. We are certain that Sam and Ryleigh were an important part of why our property sold promptly at a price we were comfortable with. Steve and Cheryl Fawcett
