1st started on the west coast w/multi conversations & face to face videos seeing houses w/my sister on east coast just to get a clear understanding of what myself & husband (in stages of dementia) needed in a timely manner.
After sell of the west coast house and arriving on the east coast, the real work/challenges began for Samantha & myself.
Being strong willed, temperamental & picky we found a "new" house that I felt would be just right & 20 days away from completion. Wrong!
After offer presented/received, little did Samantha & myself know what was ahead. Hard work for Samantha & patience that I don't have with this builder & associates. The house came with a lot of challenges. Samantha thru all the days leading up to several rescheduling of house inspections & closings finally closed. Still have some issues with the forever absent builder, but I know I can call on Samantha who doesn't hesitate to help resolve the problem.
