I needed to sell an inherited house in the city. It needed a lot of TLC to get it up to standards. Samantha jumped right in with her assessment & used her expertise to market the house. Offers poured in from the first day of listing. Multiple showings, many offers. Had a contract on the house within a week for above the asking price. Prompt, personable and easy to work with. If you need help selling a home, don't look any further. I would highly recommend Samantha.
