Valerie was wonderful to work with. She was looking out for our best interest, found us a place off market that we absolutely loved and she knew it was going to be the one!!

Valerie was great in helping us find an apartment north of downtown Chicago. She showed us lots of good options and had plenty of sound advice. We had to move fast, and she helped make it happen.

An exceptional real estate agent with outstanding dedication, knowledge, and responsiveness. Really understood what we were looking for and was able to show a vast number of places in a short amount of time that were tailored to our needs/budget. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy in Chicago area.

Dan had great suggestions on how to prep our home in order to sell it quickly - and sell it quickly we did! We had an offer within a week. Dan worked around our busy schedule and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Dan did an excellent job finding me my new condo, being very patient and showing me multiple properties while he got to learn my style and what I did and did not like . At the same time he took the time to list my current condo, staged it, took pictures, and it was sold in three days. I couldn’t ask for anything more of Dan as he did a great job.

Dan was able to locate the property that best suited OUR needs. He negotiated the best deal and handled all the necessary details through the closing.

Dan was great to work with. His knowledge of the neighborhoods we were interested in was top notch. He made an otherwise stressful experience seem fun and enjoyable. Above all else, I love my new home and got it for the best price!

Dan was both a professional and a friend to us throughout the entire buying process. He was never pushy, always patient and understanding (no matter how challenging we or our seller became!). He knew exactly what we wanted and helped us find it. He was diligent about following up on every issue or question. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I have purchased my first home in Humboldt Park with the fantastic support and expertise of Sam Jenkins. Since it was my first time he took the time to guide me, teach me and advise me throughout the entire process and everything went very well and efficiently. Im already thinking about my next multi unit purchase working with him and his team again.

I recently worked with Sam and his team to move from NYC to Chicago -- they were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and diligent. I would highly recommend -- especially for folks making long distance moves.
