When we decided to sell our home that we had lived in for almost 30 years, we knew we wanted to have it on the market within about 6 weeks. There were LOTS of things that needed to be done but we were both working full time. Sally took charge in a cheerful, good-natured way, and arranged the help we needed. She lived nearby and had a great network of reasonable contractors to do painting, handyman repairs, yard work, hauling, flooring, moving and staging. She kept everyone on schedule and budget but left plenty of room for us to make choices along the way. The place looked looked great!
