Our experience working with Sal and his team was truly amazing from beginning to end. Buying a home is such a huge milestone for a family, and it can also be an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process. Sal made that process so much easier for us, and I genuinely feel like he went above and beyond to help our family get into our new home.

He considered our budget, our family, the things that were important to us, and what was realistic for us financially. We never felt like we were being pushed toward something that wasn’t right for us or pressured into making a decision just to get a sale completed. Instead, we felt like we had someone on our side who genuinely wanted us to find the right home.
House hunting definitely comes with its ups and downs. There were houses we looked at that weren’t right, things that didn’t work out the way we hoped, questions we had, changes along the way, and plenty of moments where the entire process could have become frustrating. Through all of it, Sal never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He never showed irritation or aggravation, no matter how many questions we had or how much time the process took. He remained patient, helpful, professional, friendly, and honest throughout the entire experience.
One of the things I appreciated most was the communication. When you’re buying a home, there are so many moving pieces and so many things happening that you don’t completely understand if you’ve never gone through the process before. It’s one thing to help someone get to the closing table, but it’s another to continue being helpful after the papers are signed and the keys are handed over.
Getting the keys to our home was such an exciting and meaningful moment for our family. There is something completely different about walking through the door and realizing, this is ours. This is home. This is where our children will grow, where birthdays and holidays will happen, where ordinary days will turn into memories, and where we’re beginning a completely new chapter together. Having someone help make that possible is something I won’t forget.
Looking back at the entire process—from searching for homes, going to viewings, asking countless questions, working through all of the details, and finally making it to closing—I can genuinely say that we had a great experience working with Sal and his team. Even when the home-buying process itself became stressful, we never felt like we were going through it completely alone.
I think one of the biggest compliments I can give someone is being willing to send the people I care about to them, and I’ve already started referring friends and family to Sal and his team. I wouldn’t do that if I didn’t genuinely trust the experience we received.
