I had a great experience working with Sabrina, who I've known for several years. As a first-time home buyer I needed help navigating the complicated process of buying a co-op in NYC, and Sabrina explained everything and walked me through the process. She always answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me with my co-op application and find a contractor. Sabrina is trustworthy, communicative and generous with her time.

Sabrina is an excellent broker. She is knowledgeable about the products she shows, the buildings financials, pet peeves etc. I wholeheartedly recommend working with her if you are looking for an apartment in New York City.

Sabrina was wonderful to work with. Listened and executed my instructions. I found great tenants using her and will continue to use her services as well as recommend her to everyone I know. She is diligent, works very hard to showcase properties to their advantages. She has great people skills. She’s warm, friendly and easy to relate to. Above all she remained a consummate and ethical professional.

I met Sabrina Seidner when I saw her listing for a co-op studio that appeared to be 'perfect for my dream of having a pied-a-terre. From the first conversation, everything felt easy to navigate because Ms. Seidner is open, honest, flexible, good at listening and extremely attentive to detail. We easily set up an appointment and she was responsive to all of my questions and concerns and guided me towards making the offer, notifying me of the acceptance and then shepherding me through the board package and application, which was quite demainding. Ms. Seidner was patient, kind, resourceful and reliable throughout the process until the closing. She was available on several occasions for me to return to the studio apartment and was responsive to any requests that I made along the way. Since I met Ms. Seidner who was in the role as the real estate broker for the seller, I was not sure what to expect as a buyer without an agent. I was never disappointed; she understood what my needs were and sensed my excitement and kept us steady and on course. I would heartily recommend Ms. Seidner; her effective coaching and professional expertise are ideal for any potential seller and/or buyer.

Sabrina was terrific: from our first phone conversation, I knew that I had found the right person. She immediately understood both my needs and the property I wanted to sell. Meeting her in person confirmed my initial, enthusiastic response. Over the subsequent months, she impressed me for how she managed the posting of the ad (and the little details included in the photographs therein included) and, especially, the identification of a seller that matched my needs and expectations. Sabrina is the best: on top of everything and very skilled both socially and administratively. Focused and tireless in her communication, she kept me informed about all the steps of the process and always positive. Nothing would phase her. I wish I had met realtors like her in my previous experiences. She is a gem. To say that she exceeded my expectations throughout the process would be an understatement. Brava and THANK YOU!!!

"I would recommend Corcoran but especially Sabrina Seldner. Sabrina gets things done! Whether you are looking to buy or sell her smarts and experience were priceless!"

Highly perceptive - Picks up details of clients' preferences that the clients themselves may not notice. Patient, thorough, responsive and always reachable.

When I met Sabrina Seidner, I saw right away she was an expert on the Upper West Side and decided to work with her as my Buyer’s Broker. Sabrina is passionate but not pushy, experienced but not a show off. She helped me not only find exactly the pre war co op I was looking for, but encouraged me through what might have been an impossible application and closing process. I recommend her highly.

Recently we sold a condop at One Carnegie Hill with the help of Sabrina Seidner. She is a thorough professional who worked very hard to facilitate the transaction. She put in a lot of effort in staging the apartment. We are very happy to recommend her services to any one buying or selling properties.
