I am writing to share my exceptional experience with Sabbir and Uzair. As a first-time condo buyer, I was unsure what to expect, but Sabbir's patience, kindness, and extensive market knowledge made the process incredibly smooth. His advice on areas to consider and avoid was invaluable. Beyond finding the perfect condo, Sabbir also connected me with a mortgage broker and lawyer who both made the transaction seem effortless. Both Sabbir and Uzair consistently went above and beyond to support my needs, and I am truly grateful for their outstanding service and dedication.

Sabbir and Uzair were so great to work with when selling our home in Whitby and finding a new house in Mississauga. They guided us through the entire process and were knowledgeable and professional throughout! Overall, it was a great experience working with them, and we would recommend their services to others.

We bought our house with Sabbir's guidance in Dec-Jan 2023/24. It was a pleasure to work with him throughout this process, especially as first time home buyers. He really cares about his clients and takes time to understand your needs working within your price/budget.

Sabbir And Uzair went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. They are professional, patient and highly knowledgeable. They were able to guide and advise us on things we would have normally missed as first time home buyers. Even his contacts (mortgage advisor, lawyer, home inspector) were top notch and came through for us. 10/10 would recommend Sabbir and Uzair to anyone looking to buy a home.

We recently sold our family home of 15 years and found our dream home after years of searching. Sabbir was there to guide us through every step. He made this stressful and emotional process so much easier with his patience and experience. He and Uzair were an absolute pleasure to work with - friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and always professional. We will 100% work with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. You can rest assured that you’ll be in good hands with Sabbir and his team.
