Amazing is the best word to describe Ruthie. We moved to the Dayton area from Texas in a military move. Wow... She went out of her way to keep us in the loop on new homes in the market when we were so far away. She even would facetime us homes we liked so we could virtually l see them. She was very honest and told you facts/details without being bias on homes. Our home buying was an adventure that thankfully had a home for us in the end.
