“My parents began working with Ruth Minerva more than 3 years ago. Due to a multitude of reasons, they decided not to move at that time, but Ruth asked if they still wanted to receive information about homes that fit their criteria. They decided yes, and periodically they would call, express interest and Ruth was always happy to answer their questions, but inevitably it would not be their time to move forward. What was amazing is it never stopped Ruth from answering their questions, doing some research and kindly being there for them. Fast forward to this past September, after browsing homes that Ruth sent, they expressed an interest in a home. Seeing as travel was not possible, Ruth worked with me, their oldest daughter. She showed me the home, advised me about the home, reviewed comps for the area, and we did a “walk through” with my parents on Facetime. It was the home. We placed an offer and it was accepted. Throughout the process, the offer, the acceptance, the inspections, the papers to be processed, throughout every step, Ruth was there for us. Always quick to respond to emails or pick up a call, or text if she needed to call back later. She NEVER ONCE dropped the ball. She was there every step of the way. Ruth was working with all three of us! She answered each question, she showed kindness, wisdom, and patience at every turn. At one point we were not sure if things were going to go through, she was quick to help with a contingency plan and look through other considerations with us, yet, she continued to advocate for us with the home of our dreams. In the end it all worked out and we all felt fabulous. At every turn she was there for US, she never pushed her own agenda, or rushed us, she just stayed at the ready to help us. We are so grateful for her expertise in getting the home. With thanks, a happy daughter of new home owners!”
