We worked with Ruth and Marty Ebbinghaus and I can't say enough about this team. My husband and I where 1st time home buyers and Ruth and Marty took time to educate us in the whole process. They were super understanding and explained everything in our 1st contract bid on a home and explained what things meant. (which if you have ever signed a contract you know how confusing and frustrating it can be). Ruth took the confusion and frustration away. She was always very punctual and always returned calls in a very appropriate time period. We went months before we actually had a bid accepted. We walked through many, many homes because during this time period it was a sellers market and not a very buyer friendly market, which again Ruth and Marty explained the differences. Ruth was always very polite and showed up happy to see us even when working late hours, as sometimes I had to work till after 7pm at night. She also made time for us to see homes and even worked late into the night so our bid would be in on time. Marty always took time to make sure that we understood how the appliances would work and any problems we could possibly have in a future home. Most agents will tell you everything good about a home but won't take the time to educate you to future potential problems such as plumbing problems and or draft issues because of older windows etc, etc. This never turned us off of home but made us aware of potential problems because this is the biggest invest we would make. Marty and Ruth went above and beyond and are an awesome team to work with and I could not recommended them enough.
