Russ Ratelle was very patient because I wasn’t sure if I was ready to make the decision to sell the house but he kept contact and made me feel very comfortable once I made the decision to sell the house. Nothing was a surprise during the process of the sale, prices, negotiation or closing, he kept me informed of what was happening, what was expected. Once the house went into the market, we got the buyer on the first day. During the due diligence process, the buyer requested a full inspection of the pool. Russ found someone to do the inspection the same day, Russ rushed to the house to meet with the inspector, he even picked out leaves that had fallen into the pool. All I can say, I felt Russ had my back and worked very hard to have a successful sale. We closed in 10 days. I am extremely thankful to Russ and definitely will recommend him to friends and family.
