I began working with Rudy Dudon in 2024. He was responsive to our request for a meeting when we were in town for a short period of time and showed us multiple properties in Siesta Key. He also knew of an upcoming 1031 exchange that had not hit the market at Surf and Racquet. We were ready to purchase in July of 2024, but the seller’s new property was not ready so the 1031 delayed until November. Two hurricanes in October of that year had us nervous so we let that property go. Fast forward to this spring when we rented at Surf and Racquet for a month, we reconnected with Rudy and Sophia Dudon, who paired up to show us properties in Lido and Siesta. They were knowledgeable about the properties and showed us a variety of properties over several days. Sophia took over showings where we settled on our new property after three visits to it. Sophia made the closing process easy, especially with your partners at Berlin Patten Ebling. Their portal worked great and allowed me to have everything set for a smooth closing. Rudy and Sophia helped us navigate and negotiate some closing items to our satisfaction, and we closed without ever having to appear anywhere to sign documents. They did a great job representing your company and I will use them and your company again in the future for my real estate needs.

Rudy Dudon and associates saved us over 275,000 off the asking price of our home plus closing costs! Prior to working with Rudy and his team, we were searching on our own. 1 day after working with Rudy, the things he pointed out on homeownership in SW Florida changed our buying criteria and strategy. I can't recommend Rudy and his team enough! Their expertise and experienced local area knowledge are invaluable! Thanks Rudy! -The Oddo Fam

From one realtor to another, I can confidently say Rudy did a fantastic job. Our transaction may have been one of the longest in history—through no fault of any party involved—and Rudy never gave up. His persistence, professionalism, and positive attitude made all the difference. We were new to the area and condo hunting in Siesta Key, and Rudy’s expertise was invaluable. He truly knows everything there is to know about Siesta Key and guided us every step of the way.

Rudy has been our realtor for Siesta key for 14 years and since he has added Amanda, our experience has been even more wonderful. We were able to get a good price for the sale of our condo in this very competitive environment. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Working with Rudy was an absolute pleasure! He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and his knowledge of the local market and attention to detail were exceptional. We highly recommend using Rudy if you are looking for a property in the Sarasota area!"

Our first transaction with Michael Saunders & Company was more than two years ago when we bought a unit at Gulf and Bay through Rudy Dudon. Rudy knew the unit, while exemplary, wasn’t really what we were looking for, but we felt we had to do something to get in the game here at Siesta Key. Rudy continued to stay in touch and continued to look for something better suited for us.  Here we are in 2024 and he finally found a unit that we would like, but it was not for sale yet.  He stayed on it until the timing was right, and we finally were able to close on it this past March.  Beyond that, he was very instrumental in organizing the financing for us while we put our existing unit up for sale, and It did sell about 5 weeks later.  We are set to close our original unit within a week. I can’t say enough about Rudy, he has been there every step of the way with his expertise in so many areas and had great suggestions in various areas that saved us a lot of money and aggravation. Anyone who is considering a real estate transaction currently is missing out if it is not through Rudy Dudon. His real estate presence and service is ever present. It’s been a pleasure and we look forward to the next adventure.

Working with Sophia Dudon was a pleasure. She promptly answered all questions and made sure that we had everything in place for a smooth closing. She covered lots of important details related to purchasing a rental property since it was our first, which helped us step into the role of being a condo owner with confidence. We would absolutely recommend this group of realtors and will use them again as we continue to build our investment portfolio in the future.

We put a great deal of trust in Rudy Dudon to handle the sale of our property. He found a buyer for us and secured the sale. After two hurricanes passed during this time we finally closed on our property. Rudy has timely communication and is a true professional in real estate. No one knows Siesta Key like Rudy Dudon!

It was a pleasure working with Rudy on our recent real estate purchase. Simply put...Rudy, and his team, were excellent. Throughout the entire process we felt that Rudy had our best interests at heart. We relied on him and his team heavily for coaching and support - they were great guides from beginning to end. Rudy's local expertise and knowledge coupled with the relationships and network he has were of tremendous value to us. We would certainly and without reservation recommend Rudy based on the experience we had working with him. Thank you Team Rudy Dudon!

Rudy and his team are intelligent, professional, forward thinking and straight dealing. Always willing to give advise and always willing to listen and take advise. From our initial meeting with Rudy and then with his team through finalizing the sales contract, and right up to the property being listed with MLS right on through the closing, the whole process was a solid and seamless event for my wife and I. Hands down the best real estate transaction we’ve ever experienced.
