Very solid professionals who will go the extra mile to ensure that execution is on point while giving both he buyer and seller that the deal will get done as intended.
If you want a trusted friend who can advise you in areas where you don't have expertise, you can trust Rosemary and Jennifer to be that friend. Always watching out for you and always ensuring that you understand and are understood.
I would highly recommend Rosemary and Jennifer...they helped prep my house for sale and attended to all of the details along the way until the close of sale.
Rosemary and Jennifer were awesome to work with! They were friendly, patient with answering questions and very knowledgeable about the neighborhood housing market. They made a very challenging situation (selling a home) much more manageable. They were very responsive and made us feel we were their priority! It was wonderful working with Rosemary and Jennifer and we will miss them now that we have moved out of the area! Sandy and Mike
Rosemary and Jennifer did a great job with the sale of our home. They handled/ coordinated everything including staging, pest control, interior painting, and hosted open houses until they got the job done.
Rosemary and Jennifer are a superb team and we really enjoyed working with them both. They helped us arrive at a sales price for our home that was beyond what we thought we could hope to get. With staging and one open house, we received a full price offer!
We were very excited to work with Rosemary and Jennifer again. They have worked with us on several rental properties. Jennifer reached out when she heard we were back in Orange County and assured us that they would be happy to work with us again. We worked primarily with Malena Nunez. She had a challenge working with us as we were still in Ohio and still working on securing employment in Los Angeles. Malena was professional, advised us as to the most effective way to handle our rental search and made us feel completely confident that we were in good hands. We would definitely use Malena, Jennifer and Rosemary again in the future.
