We have used Marie & Rosemary twice when we needed to sell a home and were very pleased with their professionalism .

They worked very hard to find a buyer for our home.

Professional and Knowledgeable. Great experience all around.

Marie was very up front and honest with her feedback and told me to do the same. If I didn't like the property she was showing us at the time she allowed me to discuss with her the reasons why so she could eliminate any others that were similar. She is very familiar with Naples and knew exactly where we should look for what we were telling her about the neighborhoods we would like. After a few days of looking at some ok properties and some not ok properties she found one in the right neighborhood for us and with all the items on my wish list. I loved the house immediately and she took over for us regarding the offer we wanted to make and all the points we should know before making this big of a decision. Her expertise is invaluable for home buyers. I respect her knowledge of Naples and the properties she showed us.

It was one of the hardest sales that I have ever went threw not because of your agents but the buyers agent was horrible and I can tell you that I will never do another deal with Shultz realty involved.

Very professional with great results

Rosemary always makes the process easy!!
