Very thorough and takes the time to explain the documents you are signing.

She goes above and beyond what is expected. She is honest and does the best for her clients .

Rose Hughes is very personable and easy to work. She communicates effectively and is very knowledgeable . We are repeat customers :)

We have been working with Rose Hughes for many years and several sales and purchases of properties, even before she joined Berkshire Hathaway. She has consistently delivered timely, professional, friendly, and effective service on every sale and purchase we have pursued together. She is our realtor of choice. We should have her on retainer and you are lucky to have her as part of your teamSee ya next sale, Rose Federico (CB) and Amy Ledesma

Rose listed and sold my Condo in a short time. Her expertise in navigating the process during & after the initial offer was invaluable. At settlement, the settlement officer was (I think) somewhat new and Rose caught several errors on the settlement sheet before we signed. I think it was a few hundred dollars, but it could have been much more. Her work ethic is insane. Once something comes up she's all over it. She should have a professional designation of GSD - Gets Stuff Done.

This realtor hand held me through the entire process of selling my home. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Rose was able to answer all my questions, helping me to feel more at peace in this stressful process. If you are looking for someone to help you navigate the process of selling or buying a home, I highly recommend Rose Hughes. You will not be disappointed!

The consummate professional. Would want no one else.
