I went in to Houlihan Lawrence to JUST talk and get some general information on the process of selling our home and as soon as I met Rosie there was an immediate connection! She is probably the easiest person to talk to. There’s something about her and her calming demeanor that just makes you feel so valued and heard. It takes a special kind of person to make a complete stranger feel that way. I knew immediately she was the realtor for us as well as a life long friend for sure! Her knowledge, expertise, professionalism and of course sense of humor is what makes Rosie such a great person to work with. She came into our home and guided us on the things that we should do to get our house ready to be listed. Her insight and creativity made all the difference which resulted in our home getting multiple offers in less than 24 hours and signed contracts within the week! If you are looking to sell or buy a home with ease, choosing Rosie will be the best decision you will make!

Rosie went above and beyond for our family throughout the entire home-selling process. Thanks to her thoughtful preparation, strategic guidance, and hard work, we received an offer within just one week of going live and closed soon after for well above our listing price. She advocated for us every step of the way, was incredibly responsive, and always made sure my husband and I felt informed and supported. Her attention to detail was unmatched. She helped us stage the house, purchased flowers and cookies, and even created custom signs for our open house. When a tree fell shortly before our closing date, Rosie immediately stepped in and helped us navigate the situation. She also continued supporting us beyond the sale by offering thoughtful recommendations as we began looking for an apartment in the city. What truly sets Rosie apart is how deeply she cares about her clients. She treated our family like her own and approached every challenge with compassion, dedication, and professionalism. Anyone looking for a family-oriented, hardworking, and genuinely devoted real estate agent should choose Rosie. She gives 110% and puts her whole heart into everything she does. We could not recommend her more highly!

Rosanaly is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional she has made our experience of buying our first home so peaceful! From the very beginning she has told us hurdles will come up along the way but in the end we will be ok and find our forever home and we did. No matter the day or time she was always available to answer our crazy amount of “what ifs” and basic questions. She has always checked in on us and how we’re doing from start to finish even when there was nothing more she could do but just to give us support. Rosanaly goes above and beyond what I ever imagined a realtor could offer! We are so blessed to work with her and her amazing team.

Working with Rosanaly for a rental property was seamless and it was an absolute pleasure. She was incredibly responsive. Rosanaly's knowledge was evident, and she helped the whole way. She assisted us through the entire application process, making sure every detail was handled efficiently. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, I was able to help my client secure the place without any stress. I would highly recommend Rosanaly to anyone looking for a seamless and positive real estate experience.

Rosie is an exceptional real estate professional! She is strategic, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice and pleasant person. Rosie took the time to listen and understand to what I was looking for in the purchase of my home. She gave her honest opinion on the properties we saw, and I never felt like I was being pushed into anything I was uncomfortable with. She is very well connected within the industry and has many trusted partners & vendors that she can recommend to work with for inspection, insurance, etc. - all who were also exceptional. Rosie was always flexible around my schedule when scheduling viewings of properties and was always punctual for our meetings. It was a pleasure to work with Rosie and I would definitely recommend working with her!

Rosie was exceptional! I highly recommend her! She made the experience less intimidating and guided me throughout the process. She has extensive knowledge in the field and has a great down to Earth attitude. She treated me like family and provided insight with every property visit. She brought up any concerns promptly and welcomed open communication. She respected my limitations and kept within the scope of what i had been looking for. Her honesty and transparency throughout the process allowed me to be confident in my decisions. I have been fortunate to have her for my real estate agent! Thank you Rosie!

"One thing I can say about Rosie is exceptional. Yes I know lots of people won’t use that word when it comes to the realtor they choose but I will. She was patient and diligent and answer all my question with no hesitation. She thought more about how we felt and tried her best to pick the best home for us. In the end the house was amazing and we got it for a steal. In the past years we have grown so much in value with this property. I will definitely use her again."

“Rosie Diaz-Scott was truly exceptional as my real estate agent. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she was able to provide to my mother and I. As first time home buyers, I was so glad she was familiar with our new hometown, Wappingers Falls in Dutchess County.Rosie was ALWAYS flexible for home tours. Her responsiveness was on point. If she didn’t pick up, she always call back in a short period of time. Seriously. She will work with you to make your desires a reality. I noticed how Rosie is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. She had an awesome communication with the seller’s real estate agent. If there were any disagreements during the process, Rosie was patient and worked through situation without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and she did! When she found our dream home, there was already other offers on it. Rosie worked on our offer and helped us figure out the best way to position our offer to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other ones. My mother and I felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. When you choose to work with Rosie, which I HIGHLY recommend you do, she will make contact with you quickly. She will invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. She is a great listener and we are so happy she was our real estate agent!"-The Marquez Family 2022 (Wappingers Falls)
