great agent constant contact follow thru

My family and I have worked with Rosalie before, as she sold our father's home for us within the past two years. When it was time to sell our home, my husband and I didn't hesitate to contact Rosalie. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her dealings with us and with the buyers and their agents. She let us know what to expect every step of the way, and provided guidance for us on how to accomplish everything we needed to do to sell our home. Rosalie provided valuable input in our pre-sale process, then kept us informed of what was happening and what next steps would be depending on the possible outcomes of any decision we or potential buyers made. Our home sale went smoothly and closed easily, and we were more than happy with the result. I would highly recommend Rosalie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
