Cathy and my feelings with Rochelle have not wavered since day one! Our feeling of trust and appreciation were cemented from our first meeting. She has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and many times patient with us. Customer service is something that is unfortunately becoming rare, Rochelle excels at it and could probably teach a Master Class on the process.
