Robbie was fantastic throughout the entire process. He's very knowledgeable on the area and helped us confirm the right neighborhood for us. Robbie took a few houses we liked, and recommended 10 more for us to filter through. He was patient and encouraged us to take the time we needed to feel comfortable. The house we picked was actually one from his list that we may not have seen without his suggestion. Robbie worked directly with the other realtor, our mortgage broker, and lawyer to get us set up with everything we needed. He's very easy to communicate with, and made the buying process less stressful. I highly recommend working with Robbie!

Robbie was the best in helping us in moving from the Chicago area to Pawleys Island. He spent countless hours with us when we were here in town, plus numerous face time calls from our future property while we still lived in the Chicago area. Robbie treated us more like family as we navigated buying a home from across many miles, and working with a builder, in an area we had little familiarity with. Robbie was impressive as he shared a great deal of local knowledge, and dealt with us in both a kind and professional manner. Our family relocated to South Carolina in April, and Robbie has (and continues) helped us every step of the way. We ended up going with a production builder, and are glad we had Robbie on our side. His knowledge and experience with the building process has been invaluable. And when problems arose with the building of our home, Robbie was quick to work towards resolution and remained persistent to hold the builder to their responsibilities. Robbie has continued to follow up on our warranty issues with this builder, despite the home closing two months ago, and still being 'new' to town, it is good to have someone as well-known and respected as Robbie representing you. Robbie is not only prompt, efficient, and professional, but he is also just a really good guy. He is personable and warm, and makes you feel like you are with an old friend. We've learned so much about the area from Robbie and gotten some great contacts for pretty much everything (lawn, deck, construction projects, etc) from Robbie. We are so thankful and appreciative of all that Robbie has done for us.

We were involved with Robbi on two real estate deals and he provided better than excellent help on both. Since we did not live in the area we depended on Robbie to handle almost all of necessay paper work, ect. In addition he took care of all the details in obtaining different requirements as they popped up. Robbie is what a real estate agent should be. He listened to what we were looking for and even followed up with more detailed questions to assist in narrowing our search. This may sound basic, but I can't count the number of real estate agents out there that will waste your time showing you properties you have no interest in. That attention to detail must have come from Robbie's many years as a manager at Walmart. Most importantly, Robbie is a great person! Great personality and a sense of humor. So spending hours in and out of his car looking at listings is a pleasant experience. Robbie Buice doesn't live by the notion that the minimum wouldn't be the minimum if it wasn't good enough. The complete opposite. He went above and beyond throughout the process. Which was a huge plus for us, as we were from out of town.

I can't tell you how happy I am with Robbie. Being in the industry myself I am probably more critical of my piers than most. Robbie was extremely professional while having a personal touch.
