First-time homebuyer here and when I began the process, I didn't know what to expect. Working with Rick made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. From our first call, he put my mind at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly and step by step. He was available to answer my questions (and I had a lot!), and he never made me feel silly for asking them. He was patient, responsive, and proactive throughout. What I appreciated the most was how much of an advocate he was for me. Genuinely had my best interests in mind, negotiated confidently on my behalf (got me terms I wouldn't have been bold enough to ask for or even expect), and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions. On top of all that, his rate was very reasonable and affordable. Buying your first home is still stressful, but Rick made it feel more exciting instead of scary. I'm grateful for his guidance and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick and Mike, his associate. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, making me feel like a valued client from the start. Rick’s extensive knowledge of the local market and his keen eye detail helped me find the prefect buyer for the home I lived in, raised my family and loved for three decades. One aspect that really stood out about Rick and Mike was their remarkable responsiveness. He promptly answered all my questions and concerns, whether it was via phone, email, Zoom or in person. I felt well-informed and supported throughout the entire process, thanks to Rick’s clear and timely communication. He truly understood the importance of keeping me in the loop and ensuring that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Not only was Rick professional and knowledgeable, but he and Mike also had a warm and friendly demeanor. They made me feel at ease during what could have been an extremely stressful time. Their personable nature and genuine enthusiasm for their work made the entire experience enjoyable and fun. I felt like I was working with a trusted friend rather than just a Real Estate Agent.

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to expressing my gratitude for Rick Trevino. As a first-time homebuyer living in the Bay Area and searching for my dream home in the Sacramento area, I had no idea where to start. The entire process felt overwhelming, and I was terrified of making such a big decision. But from the very first conversation, Rick was there—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Within just two weeks of searching, I found my dream home, and thanks to Rick’s diligence, we were able to close within a month. Throughout that time, he was my strongest advocate, ensuring I got the best deal possible and that every detail was handled seamlessly. He made what I thought would be a stressful experience into an incredibly smooth and even enjoyable journey. Rick was always available—answering every call, every question (no matter how small or “dumb” I thought it was), and even spending over two hours on phone calls with me just to walk through paperwork and explain everything in detail. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine passion for helping his clients are unmatched. Even with the distance between the Bay Area and Sacramento, he made sure I never felt alone in the process. He has an incredible network of resources, is extremely transparent, and will always take the time to make sure you fully understand every step. Having Rick by my side made this life-changing decision one of the easiest I’ve ever made. I came into my initial conversation with Rick about my potential in home ownership, thinking it was something out of my reach. This was my first home purchase, and Rick was extremely patient, knowledgeable, informative, professional, and really easy to talk to. He gave me a few options and scenarios that showed me how home ownership was actually a very reachable goal for me. Rick, along with his teammate, Mike, made a life-changing process fun, enjoyable, and easy. Cannot thank you enough!

We just don’t know how to begin to praise Rick and his teammate Mike for their professionalism and expertise in helping us with the sale of my father’s house. Their knowledge of estate and trust sales is top notch. Rick’s huge cadre of resources to get the house ready for sale were instrumental in getting it on the market in record time. We are so grateful to them. What seemed an insurmountable task to us was matter of fact to them. We live on Oahu, and having them be our eyes and hands in San Jose was so important to us. They kept us well informed throughout the process. Thanks to all their hard work we received multiple offers over asking price for the property. The contract they prepared was so well done it sailed through closing without a hitch. Thank you Rick and Mike!!
