Rick Eaton was extremely helpful and very supportive. Especially given that I was remote for the entire sale process. Rick independently coordinated various trades to support landscaping, and repairs for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and roofing. Rick arranged for trash removal and cleaning of remnant items from the garage. He provided video walkthroughs of the property to establish an "as left" condition from the previous tenant. Additionally, Rick demonstrated great awareness and provided a solid negotiation strategy when the 1st buyer fell through due to inspection concerns. Rick recommended an increase in the property value which was accepted at face value from a 2nd buyer. The property appraised for the value suggested by Rick. Additionally, Rick was very attentive and available at all hours, especially since I was EST and he was PST. I highly recommend Rick for any future Real Estate transactions.
