I can't imagine having a better home selling experience than I had with Richard Sarkis. Even though my house had been very well maintained and had many wonderful features, I was quite irrationally worried about whether it would sell. Richard met my anxiety with reassurance, patience, and humor. I knew of Richard's still and experience from friends whose houses he had sold, so I believed and trusted his recommendations. As it turned out, my house sold in 6 days for more than I hoped for. Richard was the perfect guide and support through the whole process.

We were relocating from our home in New Hampshire to Rochester on a very tight schedule. We had two weeks in which we could come out to look for a home, and not many agents could come up with an effective plan to ensure success within such a small window of time, especially in the ultra-competitive market we found ourselves in. We truly believe nobody but Richard could have done it -- his extensive experience with the Rochester area, his expertise and knowledge about real estate and market trends, his organization and pre-planning all enabled us to find our dream home and land it with our first offer, something we are SURE would not have happened were it not for Richard. Recently made a move to Rochester from New England. In this impossible, ridiculous market, against all odds, Richard -- who knows Rochester like the back of his hand -- worked with us tirelessly and with an endless supply of good humor to find us the perfect home. We absolutely could not have done it without him, and certainly would not have had nearly as much fun on this quest with anyone else. Richard's the whole package: competence, experience, dedication, knowledge, a deep network of contacts to tap for any conceivable question that might arise, genuine enjoyment of the work, and a boundless sense of humor. If you have a chance to work with him, you will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Richard as our realtor. We had to sell our family home quickly in order to help fund Assisted Living for our mother due to a fall. He helped us navigate this whole process so seamlessly, efficiently and most of all, kindly. With over 40 years of experience, he was able to answer all our questions confidently, so very knowledgeable on gauging the market and brought up other aspects that we had not even considered. 

 Richard is very proactive and got the ball moving quickly! Within a week of us deciding to work with him, he had already researched the property, had pictures taken, online listing posted, brokers’ opening and private showings scheduled along with the open house. Our house sold in 5 days with 82 K over list price! Throughout this process, he was in contact with us daily with updates on comps and advice on sales strategy. There was never a time when you could not contact him with a question or concern and he always answered promptly. He also had many recommendations of individuals to help with estates sales, estate cleaning, lawyers etc. I felt that we were in great hands with Richard at the helm as our realtor.
