I have worked with Rich Mugnolo for over 20 years, and tried recruiting him to my company for years prior to his returning to Florida.  His knowledge and understanding of the real estate market is only surpassed by his integrity and negotiating skills.  I know that through his hard work, combined with the superb marketing resources of Coldwell Banker, he will continue to help both buyers and sellers accomplish their goals.Jim AndereggKeller Williams Realty

Rich Mugnolo was referred to us by a dear friend for our Port St. Lucie real estate needs.  Immediately after meeting Rich and telling him exactly what we were looking for, he literally went out of his way to show us numerous model homes.  Once we decided on the model home that best suited us, he kept in constant contact with us.  He provided us with numerous photo updates, etc anytime of the day , without us even requesting updates.   He was our eyes on the building process from beginning to end, especially since we resided out of town during the building process.  We have to say without a doubt,  that Rich helped us find our dream home!Gratefully yours,R & J Ramdhanie
