Richard has been a blessing in handling our listings and sales. He has kept us informed of everything going on as we were unaware of just what it takes to place a property on the sales market and have it sold. He did not hesitate to explain items on the contract that were unknown to us and has just been a pleasure to work with all around.
We chose Richard as our realtor because he was a neighbor and had a track record of selling homes on our block. Because of illness, we ended up not getting our home on the market to take advantage of the sellers market. Although the home didn't sell for six months and we had to lower the price considerably, Richard's help was invaluable. He painted our living room where we had had a ceiling repair and kept the lawn mowed throughout the summer and fall. When our first buyers backed out, he kept us updated in changes in the market so we would be competitive, and actually got us 2 offers at list price within 2 days. Throughout, Richard was professional, answered all of our questions, and respected our thoughts and opinions on changes in price. We will be asking to help us find a new home.
Rich did a great job at communicating all of the required document that where needed. As well as explained the process of buying a home to a first time home buyer very thoroughly.
Richard worked on this effort in trying circumstances and did a very good job. I was on international travel and he had to work during trying weather conditions. He did his best and completed the job well and it accounts for everything.
