Rich is very professional and very easy to talk with. Our transaction was small but he gave it as much attention as if we were selling an expensive house.

Richard is simply the best of the best for all your real estate buying or selling needs. An AAA real estate professional

Richard was professional and knowledgeable about the area. He was able to help us find our needs and wants in the same property. We closed on our dream house!

Richard helped me buy my first house when the banks were not able to offer me fianancing. He negotiated seller financing till I was able to pay off the balance. I am very greatful for his assistance. Muchas Gracias!

Our experience with Richard Hays was top of the line. He is without a doubt a 5 star agent. Here are the reasons why: very knowledgeable about the Wilmington area as it relates to the housing, good personality, caring about our needs, relentless in his search to find a house for us, understanding our situation as it relates to being 2,000 miles away, and going many times beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. He is an asset to your agency big time. Would highly recommend him as an agent John and Barbara Cavagnaro, now happily in Riverlights thanks to Richard Hays, your top agent in our opinion.

Richard showed us numerous properties and he was always punctual, honest and prepared for the showings. We found him very knowlegable and he even took the time to look at several properties that we couldn't personally see. In summary we highly recommend Richard and wouldl use him again in the future. We give him 5 stars!!

Rich was incredibily helpful - essential really - in helping us get our newest investment property under contract and closed in a very hot market. Despite multiple offers, backup offers and everything that goes with buying in a hot market, Rich stayed closely connected with the selling agent, quickly managed any issues that arose and effectively and continued working on our behalf even after closing to tie up loose ends that were really our responsibility. He's easy going but diligent, effective at getting the info you need to make an informed decision and is unflappable in the face of issues that can arise. Highly recommend Richard!

Rich was wonderful to work with! We are from Ohio and buying our first beach house in Surf City. I am a Realtor myself in Ohio and I am sure I wasn't an easy Buyer to work with! lol Rich was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. I would highly recommend him!

Rich expertly guided me through my first investment property purchase. His commitment and patience working with me during my many moments of trepidation helped keep me motivated and relaxed during the entire process. As a wonderful bonus, Rich also taught me how to ride a Segway and took me out on one of his Historic Segway tours! 5 Star service all the way around!!!

Having worked with Rich Hays as both as a buyers agent and sellers agent, I must give him a very positive recommendation. He went the extra mile in every respect. If you work with Rich, I am quite confident that you will have a very positive outcome.
