~~Buying a house is one of the most stressful and exciting life experiences we, as a family, have gone through. Our first time buying a home left much to be desired. However, we began this new journey with an open mind and confidence that our new Realtor, Rhonda Tooz, would guide us through this and help us achieve our goal of finding a new home for our growing family. Even though Rhonda primarily works in Northern Colorado, she gladly expanded her search for us to find a house in the Thornton area. She dedicated many one-on-one hours with us during our house hunting; going to open houses, scheduling showings and providing us with extensive lists of houses for sale. Rhonda always had great communication with us. Her knowledge of real estate was very helpful and she explained everything to us in detail, to ensure we were all on the same page. As with most house buying experiences, it was not without some unexpected hurdles. But Rhonda and Sears Real Estate handled everything that the seller’s agent and the mortgage broker threw at her with great ease and composure. Without Rhonda Tooz, I do not know how we would have got through this without feeling unneeded stress and anxiety. As a family we will use Sears Real Estate for any future real estate needs and will confidently refer friends and family.
