Hello, I would highly recommend Ronda. She was very helpful with selling my mother‘s home! I had cared for my 97 year-old mother for five years! I had AIDS taking care of my mother 24 hours a day seven days a week for over three years! (with little help from my brothers and sisters) with myself being POA for my mother and my mother going to a nursing home. I was financially forced in selling her home that she had lived in for 70 years. Ronda was very helpful with the listing and the selling of the property. There was a contract on the house within 10 days of listing. My mother did pass away before we were able to close on the house. Which my brothers and sisters became involved because of my POA ending upon her death. With my brothers and sisters becoming involved in selling the house, it became a s**t show! But Ronda did an outstanding job still putting the deal together! With all this being said, I would highly recommend Ronda for any real estate needs you would have.
